About The Firm
Our Principal, Rajesh Saharan was admitted to NSW in 1999 and he commenced practising in Australia in 2000. He has practised in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and Western Australia. When he was working with Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Legal Service (Qld South) LTD , they were so impressed with his quality of work that he was awarded –“Lawyer of the Year 2007”. He has been involved in a number of trials and appeals over the years.
Before commencing his private practice in WA, he was an In-house Lawyer with Legal Aid WA in their Family Law Section at Perth Office. Our main areas of practice are family law, criminal law, employment law, personal injury law, and migration law.
Over the years, we have provided a lot of probona assistance and we continue to provide some probona assistance in Family Law and Criminal Matters. In the majority of Employment Law and Personal Injuries law matters we act on ‘NO WIN NO FEE BASIS’.
